It's pretty easy steps. Please refer to below procedure:
1. Just e-mail us at edifresouces@gmail.com and list down the items and amounts that you want to purchase and wait for our reply.
2. We will e-mail you ASAP with a confirmation list and total amount to be paid. Payment can be made by cash transfer to our Maybank account or Cimb.
3. You can select the options to have your parcel to be delivered by:
a) Post Express (small parcel) @ RM3.50
b) Post Express (medium parcel) @ RM4.50
c) Post Express (big parcel) @ RM6.50 or
d) Pos Nationwide Express(weight no more than 500 gm) @ RM6.50
4. Orders issued are valid for 3 working days. If there is no respond from you or payment have yet to be made, we will assume that you are no longer interested in purchasing our products and your reservation/orders will be cancelled.
5. Your orders will be sent 1 day after confirmation of payment (no parcel will be delivered on Friday and Public Holiday)
6. Upon payment receipt, please e-mail us your shipping information as below:
a) Complete Delivery Address
b) Recipient name
c) Contact no
7. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage during delivery.
